Holly Baxter, owner of HB Nutrition & Training Australia is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with a Masters degree in Dietetics and a Bachelors degree in Food Science and Nutrition. She offers both online and in person nutrition and training services for both male and female physique athletes. Her nutrition coaching programs are largely based on flexible dieting, however her passion for cooking and extensive knowledge of foods, gives her exceptional abilities in preparing nutritionally balanced, fully customized meal plans. Holly also specializes in gastrointestinal disorders & food intolerances, i.e. Coeliac Disease & Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Holly has a number of international successes in natural bodybuilding with x2 World championships wins in the Pro INBA Fitness and Sports Model categories, as well as top placing’s in IFBB Figure modeling in Australia. She has a long-standing background in athletics, specifically track sprinting and basketball, which has carried over into her personal interest in functional / HIT training. Holly enjoys working with athletes and individuals who are passionate and have a strong desire for self-improvement. Her approach to nutrition and training are science based yet practical, with a strong emphasis on individualism and tailored coaching programs.
